We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to place a return request online and post your parcel. This 14‑days period does not include the shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including any boxes and other signature packaging materials. We cannot guarantee refund in case of damaged returns.
To begin your return process, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Include proof of purchase, a picture of the item and your contact information. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping information. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by our team. Any return items that are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, altered, may not be accepted and will be returned to you. When your return is received and accepted, we do our best to refund you as soon as possible. The refund may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
All sales items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
